The text around the Netherlands air force roundel on the nose is not 100% readable, but states something like 'Fokker 50 Utility KLu evaluation flight'. Probably this 'white tail' of Fokker was used for trials by the Netherlands air force. Eventually the air force bought four Fokker 60 Utility and two Fokker 50.
