This 134 was delivered to LOT in June 1976 and flew with the airline until retirement in November 1993. It was then placed on display at the Lodz- Lublinek museum (Wystawa sprzętu lotniczego i wojskowego w Łodzi) until this closed but, fortunately, the frame was then acquired by the Zruč Air Park.
