Acquired Dec 77 from Eastern Air Lines. Eighteen days after the above photo was taken, this aircraft was written off 30 May 84 near Chalkhill PA. It was en route BWI-YIP when an instrument failure caused the crew to lose control. Attempting to recover from an unusual attitude they overstressed the airframe which caused it to break up.
