One of seventeen CL-215s purchased by the Canadian government under the CL-215 cooperative Supply Agreement of September 1983 and made available for lease by smaller Provinces. This one was operated by Conair for the Northwest Terrirtories. The aircraft was later taken over by Buffalo Airways.
