VH-RIY was registered in January 1966. It came and went from the register several times until it was withdrawn from use for the fourth and final time in November 1984. The lines of crates behind -RIY contain dismantled single-engine Cessnas. Arrivals from the Cessna factory was outstripping sales and Rex Aviation acquired an off-airport warehouse to store them.
