The Farmer-E was taken on by Czechoslovak Air Force in february 1961 and served in the 11. stíhací letecký pluk (11th Fighter Air Regiment) in Zatec and from 1965 with the 4. stíhací letecký pluk (4th Fighter Air Regiment) in Pardubice. The last flight was made in March, 1970 and In total the aircraft made 836 take-offs with a total time of 722 hours and 11 minutes.
