Delivered new (Fokker reg PH-FTD) 22nd Nov 1977. On the 12th Dec 1993 on a training flight at HTDA the undercarriage collapsed on touchdown following a flapless approach to land.The aircraft sustained major structural damage to the fuselage and was withdrawn from use and used for spares.
