The first of two examples built of this odd biplane design which first flew on 28 October 1949. The top wing (removed and stored against the back hangar wall) was fitted above the rear of the cabin. The aircraft was fitted with a pusher engine and twin booms with twin fins, both of which have been removed. It carried three passengers and a pilot. Neither example survives.
