First flying in 1994, only about a dozen of this Garrett TPE331-powered development of the An-28 have been built so far, despite optimistic predictions by Antonov. This one has since served with Vietnam Air Services, Hangard in Mongolia (where it had a nose-wheel accident) and Layang Layang at Seletar This photo is copyright © Richard Vandervord, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
