This Texan was TOC by the USAF as 43-12917 and then by the RAF as FT176 in November 1943 and transferred to 10 MU, RAF Hullavington. In June 1947 it was TOC by the KLu as B-56 and,, finally in January 1965 with the Netherlands Navy as '043'. In May 1971 it was assigned this civilian reg but the fame was w/o in August 1978 at Bex, Switzerland. The hulk has been with the the museum since June 2000.
