former USCG 1709, one of 7 redundant HC-130Hs that were assigned to the US Forest Service in 2013 to be converted to Air Tankers. Instead of installing retardant tanks, the USFS only used a slip-in Modular Airborne FireFighting System (MAFFS) retardant system.
