After a brief stop in Vernon this sharp looking amphib is making its way to runway 26 for departure to Osoyoos. Unfortunately, this homebuilt was destroyed in a crash near Maple Ridge in Sept 2009. Engine failure caused parts of the engine to fly off and cause the cowling to become partly detached, causing the aircraft to crash in a forested area. The aircraft was completely destroyed.
