19-4721 is an Australian scratch-built design by Richard and Glenda Faint, of Bellbird Park, Queensland. Two built, 4721 registered in 2006. 19-4722 (c/n 002) badly damaged in a forced landing in 2010. 10 KT is apparently a reference to its crosswind limit, 10 knots.
