This was originally delivered to Midway as N809ML in September 1990 and then on to Reno Air in June 1992. After the American in August 1999 it flew with the airline until January 2002 and stints with Vanguard (N140NJ) and Spirt (N829NK). Allegiant bought the frame in March 2007, when it was modified to MD-83 and registered it as N886GA, and it flew on until it was wfu in October 2018 and subsequently stored at Oscoda-Wurtsmith (OSC).
