This Yak-40 was delivered to the Czechoslovakian Govt. in December 1974 and transferred to the Slovaks on 1st January 1993 (although it had been and continued to be operated, at least in part, by Tatra Air). It was placed onto the Slovak register in April 1994 and finally wfu sometime after January 2015 and placed on display at the wonderful Múzeum Letectva Košice in December 2016.
