N9354R arrived at Bankstown around 1973. And there it stayed, its US registration cancelled as sold in Australia but it never made it on to the Australian register. Eventually, in a derelict state, the Aero Commander ended up with the Australian Aviation Museum at Bankstown. It is not listed as an exhibit and it is unclear if it will be moved to Camden airport when the museum relocates.
