This is an Experimental Amateur Build Class aircraft. It is available as a quick build kit ($30,000 - $40,000 depending on engine) and the example seen here is under development with a hybrid power option. While a reservation was made for the registration carried in June of 2024, it does not appear to have been registered yet (January 2025)
