Test Vehicle 1 PH-PIO now in the "Brandweer" livery of the national Fire Services. The Fire Brigade Region Rotterdam/Rijnmond sees use for their specialists to drive/fly/drive to any incident location in The Netherlands quickly.

One of the test vehicles of the Dutch company PAL-V. They are in the process of developing a flying car, although the best way to describe it is an autogyro which is also certified to drive on public roads. However, test vehicle 1 (depicted here) is not intended to ever become airborne or drive on the road, it is only used for testing and static diplays. All marks (registration and license plate) are fictive.
