Used by the Gromov Flight Research Institute at Zhukovsky in 1982 as a test bed for Il-18RT and Il-20RT range instrumentation aircraft mission equipment. Transferred from MAP Rostov to Ukraine as UR-46742 in 1994 for Omega. Wfu at Simferopol by 2008 and last noted in 2013

Registered to Aeroflot Ukraine as CCCP-46688 in February 1975. With Air Ukraine as UR46688 by June 1993 and Crimea Air by September 1994. Re-registered as EX-46688 by July 2004 and photographed at Sharjah as EX-017, still wearing Crimea titles in September 2004. Reported operating for Hadid International Services from Fujairah in 2007 and withdrawn and stored there by March 2010. offered for sale as scrap by 2015 but still present in 2022.

Operated by Aeroflot Ukraine until withdrawn from use at Simferopol by 1994. Acquired Uchebny' (training) titles by 2005.
