Bright yellow T-41D FAH-221 is used for training with the Honduran air force, flown from the Soto Cano air base, La Palmerola, where the US Army has Chinook and Black Hawk helicopters based as well.

Stored and tucked away in a corner, TH-55A FAH-911 with its bright yellow colour is obviously retired. Ex 67-16936. It is nowadays preserved at Comayagua-Palmerola.

Honduras was the first export customer for the very successful Embraer 312 Tucano. FAH-258 was delivered in June 1986 and was retired following an accident on 3 June 2011 when it made an emergency landing in a field. It was moved to the Museo del Aire in Toncontin in April 2020.

The Honduran air force CASA 101 Aviojets were rarely flown and therefore not many pictures exist of these beautifully painted aircraft. FAH-238 is seen here in storage with its three teammates at Comayagua. It was delivered in May 1984.

Honduras was the first export customer for the Embraer Tucano and received 12 from 1984 principally for use by the Academia Militar Aviacion, although they are also used for anti narcotic operations. FAH253 was written off in November 2004.

One of four delivered from 1984 and flown by the Escuela de Aviación Militar, the type also saw limited use in the counter insurgency role. Withdrawn and placed into storage by 2003.
