Built by the Columbus Division, North American Aviation, and delivered to the USAF 4 May 1955. Spent 15 years in service, ending her time with the 175th TFG, Maryland ANG. Flown to Seymour Johnson AFB in August 1970 by that unit's CO, and placed on display at Berkeley Park in Goldsboro that October. In 1986, removed for restoration, and placed on display outside the Goldsboro Police Department's headquarters. In February 2015, removed once more, restored again at Seymour Johnson, and placed on display at this location in October 2015. Marked for the 83rd FDW at Seymour Johnson in 1957.
