This Hind wears the markings of 2.Eskadrę Śmigłowców Szturmowych, 49.Pułk Śmigłowców Bojowych (2 Attack Helicopter Squadron, 49 Combat Helicopter Regiment). During it previous, short, career it flew with serials 9629 with the Luftwaffe and before that it was 485 in the DDR.

Painted like this to commemorate 55 years since the end of World War II. It is now preserved in Krakow.
