CuraçaoExel was a subsidiary of the ill-fated DutchCaribbeanExel, which only flew for about half a year from mid-2004, before the Exel Aviation Group declared bankruptcy in January 2005. The aircraft came from KLM Exel, hence the Dutch PH-registration and went to BonairExel as PJ-XLN in February 2005.
