Preserved at the gate of I Brigada Aérea at El Alto is this T-33, which has fairly recently replaced an AT-6. It was ex French AF 21132. There are two aircraft that have used the serial 634 - the other is a T-33 at Cochabamba used as an instructional airframe. The last of T-Birds were retired as recently as 2017 and seeing this one reminds me of watching them take about two miles of runway to get airborne in the thin air up at 13,600ft when I was last there in 1992.
