Built in 1973 and delivered to Aeroflot's Ukraine division (Luhansk) as CCCP-46517, transferred to Air Ukraine in January 1993, Lugansk Airlines by 1998, ARP 410 by 2000, Air Parabat same year, UTAGE in 2001 and back with ARP 410 by time of this capture. Returned to Lugansk Airlines in 2004 and last noted at Luhansk in 2004. The airport there was destroyed in fighting with the Russian occupation in 2014
