Just minutes before the storm poured down at old Quito's Airport, this Bell 407 and the Agusta A109 HC-CSS arrived at the Mariscal Sucre Air Force base. Something quite weird since both are civil helicopters and were landing at a military air base. This was probably the then-presidential candidate Daniel Noboa arriving with his entourage from some spot where they had a political rally or something some time before becoming president of Ecuador.
