This Boundary Bay (CZBB) based, 1976 built Skylane had oversized main tires the last time it was seen. Now it has super-sized tires to go with the 300 h.p. engine and canard fore-plane. The owner said it stalls at 28 knots, but could not explain why the is no anti-collision light on the fin.
