En-route from Rugen (EDCG) to Hilversum (EHHV) this aircraft encountered technical difficulties, after which the pilot decided to divert to Eelde. Shortly thereafter, they appeared to have a full electrical failure and the pilot couldn't get the gear down. He executed the wheels up landing perfectly and both him and his passenger walked away without a scratch. Damage to the aircraft was minor and mainly the prop/engine took a beating.
