Originally built in 1995 by Eric Changeur as a two-seat experimental autogyro, the aircraft was later acquired and transformed by Roland Kloeti into the RK-02 "Hydrogyro," the world's first ultralight amphibious autogyro. Kloeti's upgrade added floats and retractable landing gear, enabling operation on both land and water. Powered by a Rotax 914 engine, it flew in 2004 and is now preserved at the Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace.
