Built for the Nigerian company Jambo Air Lines as 5N-AQO, but was not delivered. Delivered as 5N-ARI instead to Project Management Air Services Ltd., a subsidiary company of Aeronautical Industrial Engineering and Project Management Company Ltd. (AIEP), a non-scheduled air charter company operating from the Old Kaduna Airport. The aircraft was damaged beyond economical repair in a landing accident at Eket Airstrip/DNEK on February 26, 1992. All occupants (2/10) were uninjured.
