Displayed in Dahlgren Hall at the US Naval Academy. This is a replica of the Navy's first heavier-than-air aircraft, the Flyer B-1. The replica was constructed by Wright Experience Inc of Warrenton, VA, based on original plans. The original B-1 was delivered to this very same building in September 6, 1911, and made its first flight the following day.
