This is former USAF RF-4C 65-0835 that was handed over to Spain in January 1989. It is seen here on the flightline of Torrejon a few months later, still carrying its USAF Euro 1 lizard camouflage. It was the last Phantom in Spanish service to make a flight, on 4 February 2002. This photo was taken by Paul Geerts as my camera sadly malfunctioned that day.
