A good history on this one: It was HS-PGO with Bangkok Airways, then EC-CRO with Spanair, before becoming OH-BLQ with Blue1, and was delivered to Delta in March 2016. For a relatively short time, it was nice to see the 717s operating up and down the west coast with Delta since they provided a break from the ubiquitous 737s and A320 family aircraft after the MD-80s were almost all gone. But Delta's 717s were shifted away from the west coast and retired in large numbers due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This frame was reported stored in December 2020 in preparation for scrapping.
