On 13th August 2024, whilst landing at Oshawa Municipal Airport, ON, Canada, after a flight from Aurora Municipal Airport, IL, this aircraft suffered a brake failure and sustained damage to the right wing aft attachment, and right inboard flap. Although Aviation Safety network described the damage as "minor" the aircraft was written off and was sold by salvage tender in May 2025.
