The aircraft lost its wings and crashed on August 30, 2005 in the town of Saint-Yan in Saône et Loire during an event of the France aerobatic championships. The pilot, Captain Delorme, was killed. This accident led to the end of the use of the Cap 232 by the French Air Force. This photo is copyright © JMS, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
