F/f 16th Oct 1996 and delivered 23rd Oct 1996. Transferred to Air DO in March 2009 and to All Nippon Airways/ANA wings March 2014. Sold to Unical Aviation as N680UA 23rd May 2018 and arrived KSBD (San Bernardino) 5th June 2018.
