Originally built as a Saab J35D with serial 35370 for the Swedish Air Force. It flew as code 26 with F4 and was withdrawn from Swedish service with 2.058 flying hours. The Draken was converted and upgraded with Chaff and Flare and Radar Warning Receivers by SAAB and FFV Aerotech to J35Ö for the Österreichische Luftstreitkräfte. It received a new construction number 351418 and serial 18 and was officially designated J35Ö Mk.II. Delivered to Austria 2.Staffel/FIR 2 in Oct'93 and retired on 18 April 2005.
