This aircraft had been re-engined with a Thielert Centurion TAB 125 diesel engine, and was later exported to The Netherlands as PH-STT, then to Montenegro as 4O-TED, but was last reported flying in Slovenia as S5-DIS. It was taking part in the AOPA "Parade of Planes" from Palm Springs International Airport through the city's streets to the downtown Conference Centre where the annual AOPA Convention was being held that year.
