Built in 1978. Took part in an Antarctic expedition in 1979, being based at the ice station im. Antoniego Dobrowolskiego in the Eastern Antarctic. Preserved in Muzeum Badań Polarnych (Polar Research Museum) at Puławy from March 2023. Named 'Jan' after polar aviator Jan Nagórski, the world's first polar pilot who flew a Farman MF.11 over the Arctic in 1914.
