In the city of Zhengzhou on a road to Luoyang, this IL62 was first planned to be a restaurant. After this project was abandoned, it became a coordination office. CAAC titles on both sides, followed by "Hubei Aviation Catering Company" as well as "Chinese People's Plane" (I was told). Subsequently reported broken up due to lack of funds.
