This Stealth Fighter is used for flight testing and you may note a small orange pod close to the left main gear, which purpose is unknown to me and which might compromise the Stealth abilities of this jet. This F-117 is operated by the 412th Test Wing, 410th FTS, based at Palmdale, the famous Skunk Works.
