Unmarked but assigned to 8. Baza Lotnictwa Transportowego (8.BLTr) at Krakow. The small transporter was delivered to the Polish Air Force on 15 August 2003 and first assigned to the 3. Skrzydło Lotnictwa Transportowego (3.SLTr, Tactical Airlift Wing) with its 13.Eskadra Lotnicza (13.Eltr). The small transporter articipated in the Market Garden 2025 memorial flight, and is pictured while returning to Eindhoven air base after its para dropping sortie over the Ginkelse Heide (the Netherlands).
