Although painted in Royal Navy colours, this Avenger never served in Europe. This is USN BuNo 85869. It was stored from 1955 until 1963. From 1963 until 1989 it had a white/red colourscheme as N9927Z an was mainly used as firefighter in Arizona. In arrived at Melun in 1989, where it still is today.
