WK654 entered service in 1952 with 247 Sqdn, later serving with 46 Sqdn (both at Odiham), the All Weather Flying Squadron, the Central Fighter Establishment (both at at West Raynham) and 85 Sqdn (Binbrook). Making its final flight in December 1969 to Kemble, it became a gate guard at RAF Neatishead until being replaced in 1992 by a Phantom and declared surplus.
