Delivered to the Sri Lanka Air Force as CH-595 on 28 November 1994. It became SMH-4301 in 2010/2011 timeframe and was at that time in a nice dark green/khaki cam camo and assigned to 6 Helicopter Squadron. Reserialled to this SMH-599 by March 2012. Deployed with the United Nations, hense the white color scheme, 2020/2021 timeframe. Made its last flight on 21 June 2021.
