This aircraft was re-registered N817LX in November 2006, N415JA in February 2009 and N412JA in February 2020. On 20th December 2020 it was was badly damaged, and subsequently written off, when it crashed on landing at Farmingdale-Republic Airport, NY. in poor visibility.
