The aircraft was re-registered ZK-TAM with Taranaki Air in March 2015, but was damaged beyond economical repair when the nosewheel failed to lock and collapsed on landing at Hamilton Airport, Waikato, NZ., on 24th May 2019; the registration was deleted on 1st July 2019.
