Just 13 YPT-15 were delivered as 40-1 to 40-13. This is the sole surviving example. It is flown by the Western Antique Aeroplane & Automobile Museum in Hood River, Oregon. It was originally a YPT-15, but on completion of testing it was renamed PT-15. It is carrying the SAD code of the Sacramento Air Depot.
