In 1994, the Royal Thai Navy acquired fourteen single seat A-7E and four two-seat TA-7C Corsair Il attack aircraft from the United States. The aircraft entered service at Naval Aviation Division and were designated Attacker Type 1A and 1B respectively. After being decommissioned, the RTN gave one A-7E, number 1411, to the National Aviation Museum of the Royal Thai Air Force in June 2017.
