The aircraft was delivered to TWA on April 13, 1983, and later leased to UAS in August 1990. It was stored at Pinal Airpark (MZJ) from October 1991 to April 1993 before being returned to service. It was later stored at Victorville (VCV) from January 31, 2001, to January 29, 2002. Here seen in storage with TWA titles and logo removed.
